My name is André Pereira. I am Brazilian, born in the city of Brasília. I first heard of the project Escama Studio through Socorro, who invited me to join the team. I am responsible to assist Socorro with the communication with the artisans as well as to organize all the necessary documentation for shipping the products internationally. Sometimes I go and visit the groups. I was able to see first hand their work and to better understand the importance of it for their lives. That is why I am happy to become a part of the Escama Studio team.
